It’s a small gesture, but for Holly, it’s everything.
As soon as Holly spots the woman from a distance, her reaction is immediate and unmistakable. Her body tenses with excitement, her tail begins wagging at full speed, and she starts pulling her owner forward with energetic steps. The owner jokes that Holly’s tail “could power entire cities,” capturing just how intense her excitement is.
Holly’s eagerness doesn’t stop there. The video also shows her making small, excited shakes and what viewers described as “froggy leaps” as she tries to close the distance more quickly. Her enthusiasm is so strong that her owner has to hold on tightly to keep up with her pace.
Despite the heartwarming interaction, the owner explains why the video doesn’t show the actual meeting. She prefers not to film people without their consent, and more practically, she needs both hands free to manage Holly’s overwhelming affection. As she puts it, once they get close, Holly tends to deliver full-body “slams of love,” making it difficult to multitask.
In the caption, the owner adds that it takes only a smile or a brief eye contact for Holly to form a connection. The canine also invites others to say hello if they see them out, while jokingly warning that it usually comes with a lot of apologies as she tries to manage Holly’s excitement.
