A page named @house_of_hope_sanctuary took to their Instagram to share this heartbreaking story, aiming to appeal for adoption for the shelter dog.

In this video, the shelter dog was returned after adoption due to his color. Ben finally found hope to receive a new home when he was adopted. However, he was returned on the same day due to his owner’s neighbor. The neighbor told the pup’s new mom that she chose a “bad-colored” dog. Thus, Ben was sent back to the shelter again with his hopes shattered.
The dog must be eagerly looking forward to spending time with his new family, especially cuddling with his new mom. Ben deserved to live in a comfortable place with good food and a safe place to sleep. Moreover, he craves love and warmth from humans. However, his heart was broken in the worst way possible by getting rejected for his color. The pup definitely deserved a better parent who would love him for how he is.
Ben will hopefully find a happy and peaceful home soon. As per @house_of_hope_sanctuary, the dog is available at their shelter in Bakersfield, California.
